About Alfa Squad
Alfa Squad Bantawa is a distinguished training and preparation team dedicated to fostering defense skills among the youth. Established in 2016, our organization operates with the steadfast objective of realizing Mission Sashakt Bharat, Surakshit Bharat (Empowered India, Secure India). Originating from humble beginnings in Titagarh, West Bengal, we have rapidly expanded our reach, now encompassing numerous government high schools across the region.
Our inception stems from the visionary leadership of Mr. Vishal Rai, a teacher by profession and the scion of a courageous lineage. Inspired by his father, the esteemed police officer Mr. Dal Bahadur Rai, who was not only decorated for his valor in the 2nd World War but also recognized as India’s premier rifle shooter, Mr. Rai embarked on a mission to empower the youth with discipline and resilience.
